What is pre-sweat?
A dietary supplement made for your sweat ritual. Its four-ingredient Pre-Sweat™ Complex supports natural elimination, healthy liver and kidney function, nutrient absorption, and healthy sweating and recovery.*
When do I take it?
The label directs you to take two capsules daily with a full glass of water, 30 to 60 minutes before sweat-related activity, or anytime on non-sweat days. Always follow the directions on your jar.
How many servings are in a jar?
Each jar contains 60 capsules. At two capsules per serving, that is 30 servings. How long a jar lasts depends on your use.
What is the capsule made from?
The capsule is cellulose. Other ingredients are rice flour and magnesium stearate. The label identifies the formula as vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO.
